Open Hello Later, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Hello Later › Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Lifetime has nothing to cancel.

Apple handles payments, so ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple can't help, the terms explain when we refund you ourselves.

They stay private inside the app on your iPhone. They're not in your camera roll, they're not uploaded and they're left out of iPhone backups. They're cleared after midnight, next time you open the app. You can delete a photo yourself at any time.

Delete the app. That removes your photos, your things, your reminders and your settings. If you've emailed us, ask and we'll delete those emails too.

Yes, mostly. In Settings, switch off Check for app fixes and Hello Later stops checking for updates. You'll still get fixes when you update from the App Store. Buying or restoring Plus needs the internet.

Reminders are part of Plus. Check that notifications are on for Hello Later in iPhone Settings › Notifications. To keep them off your Lock Screen, set Show Previews to When Unlocked.

Hello Later has a go at the name; put it right with a tap or two. It learns to spot your things, on your phone.
